Awareness of Your Child

Moms usually know more about their children than dads for the simple reason they spend more time with the kids.  It is simply a matter of time.  Test yourself:
What is your child's teacher's name?

What is your child's favorite color?

Who does your child look up to most?

What is your child's greatest accomplishment?

Who is your child's best friend?

What is your child's favorite movie?

What is your child's favorite hobby?

What relative is your child most like?

What is your child's biggest fear?

What is your child's favorite game?

How would your child rate your fathering?

Rights of Fatherhood

Every child has a right to grow up with a loving, caring and nurturing father.  Men who are responsible fathers should be granted rights that acknowledge and support their commitment to being better dads.  These fathers have a right to:

Know and establish their paternity.

Have a relationship with their children.

Be involved in their child's development.

Be geographically close to their children.

Have equal access to their children.

Appropriate resources to be a good father.

Learn how to become responsible fathers.
